Healdsburg (79 miles).
Oversight of small crew of engineers/inspectors to perform all
feasibility, private easement agreements, field engineering,
permitting, subcontracting and construction management.
Designed and constructed to RUS units schedule and specifications.
39 miles of project was aerial construction which required full pole audits
for the multiple aerial plant owners as a partial form of compensation for
attachment.
Project was started on time and completed within my 18 month employment
agreement.

Dimension Engineering & Construction ServicesNational City, CA
2005 - signed a 12 month consulting agreement as acting project manager for a
large fiber optic construction project to provide controls and communications
for municipal rail expansion.
Identified multiple out of scope items that our company had performed and
material that we had not been obligated to provide. Negotiated multiple
change orders to cover out of scope labor and materials and eventually a new
contract to cover costs and profit going forward on a cost plus basis. The
cost plus basis guaranteed a profit on what was probably a losing
project.
2006 - signed a second consulting agreement as acting operations
superintendent responsible for all fiber optic based projects.
2007 - 2010 accepted offer as operations department manager responsible for
fiber optic projects, structured cabling department, outsourcing of
technicians/engineers and inspection services.
